Once the item has been shipped, it is important to inform the customer of the tracking number.

To add a tracking number, go to the eBay Seller Hub by clicking on the Sell button in the top right corner. Go to the Orders tab then click on the All Orders section. Select which item has been shipped, click on Edit, and it will open a window where you can add or edit the tracking number.

Paste the tracking number provided by the carrier and click Save and continue button.

Send a message to the customer informing him that the item has been shipped, including all the tracking information and the tracking link.
